How do I meet my Driver at the Airport?
Our meeting point at any Airport is by Airport information desk.

When you’re through Customs into the arrival hall, locate the Airport information desk. Your Driver would be waiting there with your name on a name card.

What happens if the flight is delayed?
All flights are monitored, for early or late arrival. Whatever, the situation your driver would be there for you.

How long will the driver wait for us at the Airport?
Under normal situations, passengers clear through the customs within 40 minutes after landing.  Otherwise,  Our driver would wait for 60minutes, then enquiries with customs, airline and paging with the Airport information's will be made. Driver would wait for another 30 minutes before leaving the terminal.

How long is the journey from the Airport to central London?
The journey time from the Airport to central London takes between 30-60 minutes (Heathrow) and 50-80 minutes (Gatwick) depending on time of the day and traffic conditions.

Can I pay the Driver direct?
Yes. You pay the Driver at the end of your journey by cash or cheque in Pound Sterling. We do accept all major Credit Cards, payment by this method would have to be made during reservation and may be subject to 3£ surcharge.

If you do have a business account with us, all you need to do is sign account docket provided by the Driver.

Can I make reservation in Advance?
Yes. Our automated booking system is capable of taking advance reservation for many months and years to come. We however, recommend advance booking at least 24 hours before your trip.

Can I make reservation for trips other than Airport?
Yes. We are available for trips around London, Shopping and Sightseeing on Hourly rate basis.   Trips out of London are also available when pre-booked.

Can I open a Business Account?
Yes. There is availability for  Corporate Account and also for Private Individual. Please, contact our office for Business Account Information Pack.

Can I make reservation through the Driver?
Yes. You can make your return trip reservation through the driver. They all carry a booking form, fill in one of this form and retain the top copy for your record. We strongly advice any booking through the driver to be re-confirmed with the office before departure.

What type of car do I get?
We have a wide range of executive cars, Estate and mini-buses. Vehicles on the fleet are mainly: BMW, MERCEDES AND VOLVO.
